Are there really different sex positions that make you get pregnant easier. Like people say that if you have sex girl on top that its harder because of gravity. Are there positions that are easier to get pregnant?

I am not certain, but I do know that it is suggested that the female lie down for a period of time with hips elevated to get stuff to where it needs to go.

Science and logic can explain that. Female sperm live longer but are slower and male sperm are the opposite. So if you want a girl, chances are higher if you conceive in a position where the male sperm will die out so that the female sperm can reach the egg.

My high school physiology teacher explained a detailed set of rules to us for shifting the odds to about 85/15 either direction. Make things easy, you have boys. Make it difficult you have girls. Hence why most "miracle babies" (for couples that have trouble conceiving) are girls.

This is a myth. There aren't any special positions that you're more likely to get pregnant by doing, and there's no way to have sex to guarantee the sex of a baby. There are just too many variables to be certain.

The time the woman ovulates has more to do with the sex of the baby than any position would. You only spend an hour or so in an upright position while sperm can stay alive and virile for more than 3 days.
