It really depends on the sensations and muscle reactions of the individual. Toes curling, legs straightening, taught facial expressions, and held breath are all signs of orgasm. I usually only have the toes curl during extreme anal climax with a large toy. With time you should be able to figure out what your lover's "tell" signs are for orgasm.

I've never quite understood if this means they curl backward (feet flexed) or forward (feet pointed). I suppose either could happen, but I know that personally I almost always point my feet during orgasm.
