I have heard that most anal orgasms come from indirect pressure on the g-spot. Can anyone say that they are distinctly different?

very true. labels are always limiting. OTOH some become a little more comfortable with things when they have a label they've head before..

maybe labels are ok when we have a conversation with them..

My wife use to feel this way. It definately takes some practice to be able to deal with - and enjoy multiple stimulation. She handles the blended vaginal/clitoral orgasm with ease these days. We've just started adding anal play into the mix. Sometimes it's a distraction - sometimes it enhances her orgasm. I don't believe we truly achieved a trigasm - but we're working on it!

If the difference is only a few cm, then the toy wont work since everyone's body is different... Of course stimulating all 3 spots at once will be more intense, thats simple addition, but I think this is just a bunch of hocus to sell some goofy toys, lol
