Yes. The I've-gotta-pee feeling interfered with my ability to orgasm for years. Between the physical sensation & an early masturbation-related "accident," I was so worried about it that I'd stop myself from coming during sex.
But, eventually, someone "sneaked up" on me & got me to come before I could stop myself. Once I realized there was no pee & that any sudden wetness was actually squirting, I stopped feeling so odd about it.
But, even though it's been about 10 years since then, there are still times the sensations are similar enough that it makes me nervous for a second.
