I can touch mine with my fingers, but my hands are small which means I have to reach a bit. Trying to stimulate my G-spot manually for any longer than a minute or two makes my hand sore and tired.

Same here! I prefer to use a toy so that I can extend my reach and use more pressure than I can with my fingers.
