I've hurt my partner several times too...More often than not though he gets "pushed out" (not by choice, I guess I just have good birthing muscles! LOL)

He generally tends to just suck it up otherwise....I've found it's worse in positions where things are tighter and more closed up...if I'm more exposed and open when I climax, then I don't contract as hard I guess.
