When you experience a squirting orgasm does your stomach ever hurt?

Almost every time I experience a squirting orgasm, about a half hour after ceasing all activity the lower part of my stomach hurts. It feels almost like an empty stomach, like I haven't eaten all day. Does anyone else experience this?? Is there a way to "fix" it??
