I have been poly for about 3 years with my fiance. When we started, we weren't 100% honest and we had difficulties.
I highly recommend the podcast polyamory weekly. It is a great way to learn about options and learn how to discuss with your partner.

I agree with KrissyNovacaine.... and don't have a threesome just to please your husband! You both have to be into it and have a full understanding of what you're comfortable with and uncomfortable with with doing or allowing your husband to do.

Think of your needs and wants as well. It seems as though you want to experiment with women = him wanting a threesome.
make sure you keep channels of communication open, keep your negotiating hat on, and really work out what you both want and need in this relationship.

I think you should only do it if you want to. I mean if its not a big deal to then I guess you could do it to please your partner, but i'm pretty sure you wouldn't want him to have a guy in a 3some to please you if he didn't want to do it.
