Balls are great! Instead of feeling harness and leather to your behind, you get softness back there. I also think that balls are cute (don't ask me why, they look sort of feminine and defenseless to me). I feel like I'm missing something if I'm wearing a strap on and it does not have balls!!

They can provide the wearer with clitoral stimulation. Not all harnesses will accommodate a dildo with balls though.
