I'm about 5'1" and FtM, and I want to get a packer for everyday use. I mostly wear kind of baggy clothing and boxers. I don't want to look like I have a constant hard on, but I want it to be worth wearing. Any input would be great.
As an everyday packer, is the Mr. Limpy extra small or the Mr. Limpy small the best for a shorter than average guy?

I'm 5'7" and 102lbs and went for the extra small. I've seen pictures and the small just looks way too big to me for a flaccid penis on someone my size. But it really depends on what feels right to you and why you're wearing it.
You might also consider some other packers - there's more than Limpy and Right out there, and some have sizes that might suit you better.

Extra-small is actually about an average size, so that would work best. Remember, they were originally designed as gag gifts.

I'm 5'3" and under 100lbs, I got the XS. The XS has extra large balls, it will poke out MORE than the Small, which you can tuck down or to the side more. After a while of getting use to it, I found out if I wear it low and tuck the balls partially between my legs, it works well. If they're just too large for you, you could always castrate it (or partially castrate), just be careful of it becoming extra tacky wherever it's cut. Without tucking it a bit, I look like I have a tennis ball in my pants. Tucked, it looks quite natural.

I'm 5'7" and would probably get a small. The XS just looks like it would stick out too much...

The XS should really be called Totally Normal. It's normal size and normal shape and it even sticks out a bit which is totally normal. I think too many people are thrown off by it being called extra small. Have a look at some cis male genitalia that isn't in porn, and you'll get a better idea of what is normal. I recommend erection photos dot com.

as much as i love gender progressiveness and packing and stuff, the way the sizes play up "normal size" as if it's 7 inches kind of skeeves me.
if you want a REALLY NOTICEABLE BULGE do go with the small, but be warned that "really noticeable" would likely be stepping into Constant Boner Territory!!

the XS is what most guys swear by. i'm getting a S, and i'm not very big. why? because my mr. right is the same size, and i kind of like looking like i have a semi all the time. ha. no, honestly it's just a preference. i heard the XS made a big bulge that pointed out. i like my dick to hang to the left of the balls, so the S should work okay for me. if you let it hang, it should be just fine.

Well, I'm about average height for a FAAB individual and no one has ever commented on me wearing my XS packer so I think on a shorter person it could be perfect.
