Quick three questions here, for anyone who has had top surgery: Were you into nipple play before? Did it change after surgery? Is it more or less sensitive now?

I would be interested in hearing answers to this as well! I am considering top surgery or at least a top reduction. Nipple sensitivity is one of my major concerns.
