First thing I noticed, honestly, was a change in my emotional "patterns" and a huge spike in my sex drive. I didn't get sad or emotional as easily, I just got MAD at everything, then I'd remind myself how illogical it was to be so mad at absolutely nothing and I'd calm down and be aroused again. It was pretty annoying to be aroused all the time honestly hahahaha. Well, the anger was annoying too. I've heard this mellows out after a few months though.
