I use a modified jock strap (a normal one that I altered to hold my goodfella). Most of the time I wear that under some boxers, so it doesn't feel as fake.

You could probably wear a panty style/strap on vibrator for clit stim underneath your harness if you wanted to, or get a double ended strap on.

Something like link or link could work well, especially with an underwear/briefs style harness!

A vibrator like the Lily can slip into the RodeoH harness easily, and probably into others as well. Even if a harness doesn't come with a vibe pocket, it wouldn't be difficult to stitch one on by hand to most harness styles (though probably not the leather ones).

Also, look into getting some orgasm balm like Durex Utopia. It means you need less stimulation to reach orgasm, so it isn't quite as important that the vibrator be perfectly placed.
