I haven't used a real one, but I made one out of an old dental irrigating syringe that produced some interesting results. I'm planning on buying one as soon as i can decide which to get.
I just tried my first one (my review), and while I'm sure it's not the highest quality clit pump out there, I was really happy with it---it wasn't made of jelly, it was easy on the pocketbook, the bulb made it so that I could only apply the "right" amount of suction (so I didn't have to be afraid I'd suck too hard and injure myself)---and it actually really did make me more sensitive to stimulation later. So, I can say the Penetrating Mini Clitoral Pump from CalEx is a really good choice if you're curious about the concept!
If you are serious about it, I'd avoid the cheap ones and see what a speciality BDSM store has. Something with a smaller diameter and the ability to form a tight seal (as opposed to the cup in the one you are looking at..usually not the greatest seal, if you get one at all!) This kit (sold in specialty online shop) has different sized tubes so you can wear them without the pump attached.

I would just like to mention the kit pictured above is literally the exact same kit as the size matters clitoral pump sold on amazon.com- right down to the design of the pump, sizes of the tubes, and bullet vibe included. But I would say it is probably cheaper on amazon than a specialty shop
I'm VERY curious about them, as a transsexual guy, I'll do just about anything to get closer to having a dick, plus my clit is unfortunately quite insensitive and hard to get off. I've read over and over about how pumps help insensitive clits, I can't get my mind off them. Part of my paycheck next week will probably go to getting this: link as it seems to be the most powerful clit pump on the market under $40, plus it comes with a free pleasure ball I generally really like Doc Johnson toys, I hope this one doesn't fail me!

The first I ever used was homemade from a medical syringe that I got when I had my wisdom teeth taken out. Needless to say, the effects didn't last. I want to get my hands on one from doc johnson to see if it helps with growth since I'm on T and all.
I tried one but was unsucessful. I think maybe it just wasn't right for my body, because I couldn't get a good seal, or maybe it was just a poor design.
i don't have a specific pump. right now i just use an irrigation syringe (like... for babies, right?) to pump. the growth is already pretty good, which makes me hopeful for pumping after t. i intend to use cream, as well. getting a decent sized dick is important to me, so i'll buy an expensive pump if that's what it takes. (i'm not SMALL now, though - compared to cis females, i'm almost an inch hard)
