Sometimes I feel guilty because I only pack a few times a month, doing it whenever I feel I need it. Others have shamed me for this saying that I shouldn't be taken seriously if I'm so "wishy-washy with my dysphoria" which I think it bullshit.

Do it whenever you feel like it. It's what YOU prefer to do. There's no law that says you have to pack every day.

I only pack a few times a month when I'm at college, and I don't pack at all when I'm at home. There's no set amount of times you have to wear a packer in order to be taken seriously - you don't have to wear one at all unless you personally feel like it.

I pack when going out, maybe once a week. I don't have as heavy bottom dysphoria as I do top, so packing is lower on my needs list, but I do feel more confident when I do.

Sorry people have shamed you for not packing all the time, that's just gross. I hate attitudes like that because it feels like it's equating being a man with having or appearing to have a dick. I don't pack unless I know i'm going to be somewhere where i'll possibly be scrutinized or felt up, it's just a security for me but otherwise i don't really care for packing.
