Along with reading up on hysterectomies, I've also been rethinking getting a metoidioplasty lately. Ideally I think I'd like to get a meto without a scrotoplasty and leave my vaginal cavity in tact and no urethral lengthening (I realize they use most of the labia to form the shaft for the meto, that's fine). Does anyone know anything about leaving the vagina in tact after a meto? Can you get a decent erection with a meto, or is it semi-soft still? It's very hard to find information about these things, on surgery sites anyways. less
