Sex and dysphoria

Despite the fact I don't actively identify as trans, I still have a huge number of problems with mindset and genitalia. Pretty much if I'm aware of the concept that I have girl-bits, orgasm isn't going to happen. I usually manage to push it aside for masturbation, but it's a hell of a lot harder with a partner, as concentrating on the act instead of a fantasy brings me to the dysphoric reality.
