STP?

When I was looking to get an STP, there were two main ones I considered. I chose them primarily because neither one had a medicine spoon. The one I ended up buying is the STP-Fitz (the store is currently closed apparently but you can see one and info about them if you scroll down a bit in this: link). The one I didn't choose is the Stand-to-Urimate funnel Whiz Packer (link). I didn't choose it mainly because it says it could be made with either the Sailor Soft Pack or the Mr. Limpy and I didn't want an STP made with a Mr. Limpy because I don't like their appearance as much for urinal use. I honestly haven't mastered the Fitz yet, but I haven't practiced that often. It wasn't as simple as I thought it would be, but I think in time I could get it. The Whiz Packer looks promising too though (and that store is open currently). less

Those are the two I was considering also. I was more looking at the STP-Fitz because I thought it would be more comfortable in my pants than the Urimate whiz/funnel packer. The website I found the STP-Fitz on had it made with either the GV Sailor Soft Pack or the Mr. Limpy (but you got to choose). However, I'm kind of a bigger guy, so the Urimate whiz/funnel packer seems more fool proof. I know the Urimate is made with Mr. Limpy (unless you get chocolate in which case they have to use the GV Sailor Soft Pack), but that's wasn't a big deal to me. I wanted a STP packer so that I could use the urinal and not get questioned if somebody just so happened to see something out of the corner of their eye. I also wanted it to pack. I'm the only one that's going to be seeing it, so it's not that big a deal to me for it to have like crazy details or anything. Now I have another problem. Since Urimate started using the new funnel, the price went up. It didn't go up a ton, but money is very tight for me right now. My parents owe me $150, but I doubt I'll see that money any time soon. I think I'm going to attempt to make my own Urimate whiz/funnel packer. I'm going to get a Mr. Limpy off of here using my eden points, the P-Ez off of Amazon for like $5 and some tubing from a local hardware store for a few bucks. That way I would only be spending around $10. I'm a bit apprehensive about making my own though. I don't wanna mess up my packer by doing so. Thanks for the opinion though. I appreciate it. I actually think the funnels for the Stand-to-Urimate Whiz Packer look pretty comfortable because they're so flexible. They had a table at the Trans Health Conference in Philly, which I thought was pretty cool.

I considered making one myself too, but as you said, I was nervous about it. There are tons of great videos on youtube to help though. And I think your strategy is a good one. Also, as long as you're using a Mr. Limpy in its smallest size, the packer itself isn't all that expensive, so if you really had to, you could probably buy another and try again if for some reason the first time doesn't go so well. less
