Nevermind. I think I figured it out.

Just hit the I did it button and it will give you a field to leave your comment or other proof for that particular entry

All you need to do is visit this link

wait for the rafflecopter widget to load (you need javascript enabled) and then on the mandatory entry hit the "I did this' button and enter your info and your answer into the field and hit the enter button

Once you have done the mandatory entry you can choose to do all or none of the optional entries in a similar manner.
