Father's Day is an important day in many households across the United States. For some it's a joyous occasion, while for others (like myself) it's just another day. A Hallmark occasion, if you will.



What are your plans for Sunday? Is it something special or is it just another day to you? If you are celebrating, what are you hoping the kids give you this year? What do they usually gift to on this day?

That is exactly what my hubby says..since our son lives in the next state, any time we get to spend with him is an awesome time..Happy Father's Day!!

My father passed away peacefully on thurs night of liver failure due to colon cancer. He was an amazing, admirable, intelligent talented man who unfortunately wasn't able to pass on his wood working skills ( the tree kind not the penis kind- I've got my own skills for that thank god!) before he passed. I was hoping he would teach me how to make some toy boxes complete with padded shelves but I guess I'm going to have to figure it out myself.
HAPPY FATHERS DAY to whomever still has one around or is one to celebrate . Please remember how little time you have left on earth and cherish it!!
