Not the 4th of July but I do have plans for Canada day coming up.

Nothing definitive yet. If all goes well we'll be pulling my show car out of storage that weekend to start tearing it down for paint

Typically we go down to the family lake house, but since once again it is suffering from major flooding, that isn't going to happen. So we are staying in town and just taking it easy for once.

We're going to a celebration at a friend's place. The 4th is always ironic for us because my family is English and it's my dad's birthday, haha!

My neighbors & parents throw a humungous, multi-open house, neighborhood block party every year with a huge BBQ & fireworks displays. So excited for it! I was in Florida during it last year, though I did get to see fireworks across 3 states from an airplane, and landed when the Boston finale was happening right over my head.

community pancake feed, car show, festival, boat rides, fireworks! woohoo! I can't wait. I'm actually getting quite a good fireworks show tonight. Thanks to the laws out where I live been the least strict, it's legal to light off MOST fireworks the weekend before, and the day after the 4th..In town, and anywhere else around here You can only light off safe and sane ones, and only on the 4th. They are super strict about it too, so most people come out here to the sticks and light stuff off
