I'm guessing you mean traditions like the traditional anniversary gifts? (Paper for 1st year, etc?)
I've been married for two years and so far we've followed the traditional gifts, not on purpose, it just worked out that way. First year I got books for our anniversary (paper) and this year I got a Downton Abby-ish hat (cotton) along with other surprises of course ;D

No. We never go by those traditions. We ate the frozen top from our wedding cake on our first anniversary. (The damn thing tasted like year old frozen wedding cake.) But, aside from that, we just get each other small gifts usually.
Our most recent anniversary (in January) he suggested we not get each other anything due to financial concerns (and we had just had Christmas, (the bills) my birthday is less than two weeks after our anniversary, then Valentines Day on and on) then he got me a present anyway. I felt bad, but he said he didn't want anything.
We screwed like bunnies the night before, that morning and the morning after, though. Then we went out to dinner at Ditkas.

I only really have traditions with family.

No, but we both have terrible memories, so we probably would if we remembered what days are what!

No, we don't give each other gifts at all.
02/12/2013
Not really.
I've never had a valentine, so I've never had a reason to, or had someone who cared about anniversaries

No, we don't follow any traditions for our anniversary.
02/15/2013
Not sure what an anniversary tradition even is, so of course not!
Also have never had a long term relationship, so never kept track of anniversaries. I have days I think about in my mind/ replay/ like, but I don't commemorate them

Nope, we don't follow the traditional one, or the modern one.

no, we don't really care about that sort of thing, we hardly even celebrate our "anniversary" (we aren't married, it's just the day we moved in together/met).
02/24/2013
not really
03/01/2013
No.I'm vaguely familiar with the concept, but I don't actually know WHAT these traditions are specifically, and I just don't care We'll celebrate however we like, that's all there is to it!
