Who has a bday in Dec and always feels ripped off when it comes to gift giving time? = p I know bdays and Christmas isnt about getting gift, blah, blah, blah but sometimes I feel like I wanna change my bday to June!

Oh... and Ive gotta renew my license this year... Happy bday to me!

my birthday is exactly a week before Christmas so I've had a 27 year life time of hearing "here is your birthday/christmas gift!"
It saddens me.

I'm in the club... but I don't celebrate Christmas. So when people who don't know me very well give me Christmas gifts (like when your boss at a restaurant buys you slippers or something), for me they're just birthday gifts.

I'm 3 weeks after Christmas in January, and even I've gotten some "combined" gifts in the past. I'm like, come on, not even the same month!

the 17th, and I have no qualms making comments about getting mixed presents. If you care enough about me to give me a gift, don't dick me by combining it. Christmas paper, birthday card is just tacky. I'd honestly rather not get a gift at all instead of have it combined. (This may sound very, very selfish, but to me it's more the thought, and less the present. I'd rather get two cards made out of construction paper than share an expensive christmas/birthday gift. The shared gift makes me feel like I don't warrant my own day, like everyone else does)

Same here Whenever someone wants to get me a gift but is stumbling over the fact that I'm Jewish but that Hanukkah isn't really about presents, I just tell them no worries, it can be for my birthday.

My bday is Dec 14 and I never really feel ripped off at all. I never expect or want anything really. Most of the time I just go out and have people buy me drinks lol.
