Well, ignoring the year I went as Misty and the year that I was a hula dancer (Which was unbelievably cold and miserable, in case you were wondering.) I typically dress for warmth on Halloween. Nearly everything we do is outside and Washington doesn't really have the warmest weather this time of year.
