I can dress up, but it has to be a costume that fits within our dress code. I'm supposed to wear jeans to work as well as at least a t-shirt. I am required to wear comfortable shoes like athletic shoes. So I can't wear anything with just a skirt or tank top. Because of this, I prefer not to dress up at work.

I'm not sure, I'm starting a new job Monday and I don't know how that'll all play out...I hope so! Last year I could a little bit, but I had a uniform so it was limited to accessories/makeup

When I worked at a certain store in the mall (where life was a party and we were making it fun) which is sister stores with a certain Halloween store, we were required to dress up at work. I hated it and tried to pick the least costumey costume possible. The last year I worked there they didn't make us dress up, which was nice.

I would get as close as I could when I worked retail...I was a hipster vampire at my last 'at work' Halloween. I had pink and purple hair, pink chuck taylors and skinny jeans. I barely got away with the fangs...LAME. Everyone should be allowed to dress up, as long as it is job appropriate.

I work in childcare so I am able to dress up every year. No clue what I am wearing this year. Budget doesn't usually allow me to buy new costumes so I try to be creative with what I have.
