My Uncle used to make this wonderful upside down cranberry cake. I love it so much that I actually don't even bother to wait until Thanksgiving to have it. God, makes my mouth drool just thinking about it!

Jewish and christian (?) food in general. By christian food I mean for example the paschal lamb (I'm pretty sure it's christian? don't hurt me I don't know much about christianity.)
I do like cheesecake, though, but it's not a holiday dessert for me.
