How do you like to fall asleep? :)

Dark and quite.

I prefer quiet - I once stayed in a beach front hotel that 'upgraded' me to an ocean facing room. The waves never relented and I never got a wink of sleep. This was in Monterrey where the Pacific produces some big loud crashing waves.

My son on the other hand always goes to sleep with some music on.

I need quiet. If there's any background noise, I use ear plugs.

It all depends. I sometimes fall asleep with the TV on low volume. It just depends I suppose on the time, if it's close to 4am I put my earplugs in so the birds and traffic don't wake me up. If I fall asleep before then I don't always put them in and I like to have the TV on. I usually need it to be silent, my fiance's snoring disturbs me sometimes even with ear plugs in. But there have been instances where I have crashed in a noisy place like the cafeteria at school, family get togethers, the movies (how lame, I feel old lol).
