The day has been good so far. It could be worse however it hasn't been the best ever either. Dinner was good. Then again I didn't have to cook. Thanks Mom.

Despite the fact that there's been at least two shouting matches and a death threat issued amongst my family, nothing came to actual violence, so all in all I actually consider that a pretty ok christmas by my standards.

We've hit a couple of snags, but overall we're having a good day. Traded presents by the tree, had a quick lunch, then took the kidlet to see Rise of the Guardians. Now the pork roast is finishing in the oven, and we're gearing up to watch the new Doctor Who episode. All in all, I'm happy.

It hasn't been too terrible. I woke up in the middle of the night feeling like crap so I got very little sleep. I woke up to open presents and went right back to sleep. I was barely able to eat Christmas dinner. I wish I felt better but other than that, it's been a typical lazy Christmas.

Christmas is always a really rough time for me for some reason. I didn't feel like getting out of bed this morning.. didn't get up until 11, didn't leave the house until after 2. I would've stayed in bed later but I had told my trainer I would exercise her horse for her. Once I was at the barn, I was much, much better. That's the magic of horses for me. Once in my car....down to zero. Sigh.
