My list consists of 26 people, and is only my immediate family, and the immediate family of my husband....lol. Xmas shopping sucks for me. And that isn't including my husband, and my 4 kids.

About 7 people. I buy for my kids and parents.

My immediate family is 5, then my husband's immediate family is 6 or 7, and I try to get stuff for some of my friends and other miscellaneous relatives, so probably about 20. But I also try to get as much stuff from here as I can to save on costs.

I buy for close friends, my brother, my lover, and my grandparents, usually. This year, though, shopping is tight and I probably won't be giving much.

Well over 20. Which is one reason I'm freaking out. As the credit card laws changed, many card companies reduced credit limits to "punish" the middle class, and I have NO idea what we're going to do this Christmas. I haven't had a lot of clients yet with my new job and money is tight. We're going to have to do the best we can. My middle daughter is sewing gifts for people, which I think is great. Many of my family members may be getting baked goods for Christmas. It's hard for us, because My Man and I have always been very generous for presents and spent probably more than we should have. I just love giving! Now, with the economy, it's going to be impossible to do what we always do (give everyone exactly the perfect present) and we're going to have to compromise. I DO NOT like being a miser.
I have 3 kids, one is partnered (my middle one just broke up with her BF) I have a step brother, his wife and their 3 kids. I have a mother and a father and a step mother, with an other step sister, her husband and their baby (but we won't be seeing them for Christmas because they live in an other place) Then I have a few friends, with their partners and kids. My best friend lost her husband right before Christmas last year, so this will also be a tough Christmas for her again.
Then, my mom's side of the family. We have a grab bag, but we all buy the kids little presents and there are close to 20 of them! Then my grab bag person and my husband's grab bag person (he never knows who he has until the person opens the gift and thanks him) plus a present for my youngest daughter's Godmother (her Godfather died last year, as he was my best friend's husband.) I have a LOT of people to buy for.
Then, we have presents for my youngest child's teachers (it's harder in Middle School, because she has so many teachers. Do I give all 10 or so of them presents, or only the ones she is close to? It's hard.) Then, I am in a dilemma about the woman I work for and some of the other HCPs who I work along side with. I don't see them often, but I do love them and care about them. I may just bake something for the entire staff and have the whole staff fight it out!
I know there are some people I'm missing, a few friends and people my husband works with and maybe a few of my daughter's friends. I always err on the side of caution and buy everybody a present, but with it being so tight this year, everybody may simply get baked goods. Every body likes either a container of Granola, breads or rum balls, don't they?

we are getting out of it this year..we just moved far away, and there is no way I'm going to send presents in the mail, I don't have that much money..so for parents we are doing photos in frames, and then we are buying for our kids. It's a lot less stressful!

Usually I do... but I haven't had a job in over a year and really need to hold on to money. So lately I've been home-making gifts...

My family is about 15-20 people in length. Step mom AND step dad, step sister and her kid. Brother, two sisters, boyfriend, his mom, my mom and dad, brother in law, niece and nephew. Plus grandparents.

Not a lot. Just immediate family.
This year, thanks to all the soaps and lotions and such, I'll probably be doing a lot of shopping on here for the ladies in the family.
