It really varies depending on the financials of that particular year.

It depends. We set a limit beforehand so we don't go overboard. One year we both just made gifts for each other.

It depends on how much money we have. I know for a fact this coming Christmas is going to be a little less impressive because I need to pay for my wedding. Last Christmas I spent somewhere around $100 to $150 on him.

We don't usually buy each other anything for Christmas we have two boys to take care of their Christmas and are on VERY limited funds.

Depends on what the current financial situation is, but I generally like to spend around 100-200.

We tend to buy what we need, year around. Thus at holidays we enjoy company and parties more then gifts. However, this year I did get him the car he really wanted (a rigid top Volvo coverable), so yes, that kind of went over the $1000 mark.

it all depends on what we need to get the kids, and how work went throughout the year.

We make that decision together every year. This year we are getting married in September so we will probably spend less this year because we will be working on building up our finances as we are paying for the wedding

Usually around $100 though it has been much more in the past. Now that we have a son most of our Christmas money goes to him!
