If you could have your IDEAL holiday memory to create for yourself, your children or family, WHAT would it be?

We had this discussion last night over dinner. Our daughter will be married next year, and will soon be a doctor. MY how time flies. While we have wonderful family memories already, we would LOVE to create a special bonding memory with her and her new husband (he is a GREAT guy who we already love). SO...we think that AFTER they are married a while, we may spring for a trip, next Christmas Season...maybe somewhere like Niagara falls, or New York....to take in sights, a play, etc, as a FAMILY. We think that might be a great way to create some NEW memories, including him. New York AND Niagara Falls are INCREDIBLE at Christmas time and NOT too terribly crowded.

SO...if YOU could create your "ideal new memories", what would they be???
