Partner codes always work with anything not already on sale on the site, but sitewide sales don't usually include Jopen. Gotta watch out for Jopen specific sales if you want discounts on those.

I believe the reason is that manufacturers can opt out of sales if they choose to. I know JimmyJane used to do that a lot and now Jopen does. It's not Eden that makes the decision, at least not to my understanding.
