I'm looking into making my sister and my mom some beauty kits this year for Christmas and I'm just looking for opinions on some new moisturizers and face washes. They both have normal skin. My sister is in her 20's and my mom is in her early 50's.

Do you have a favorite brand or do you use a special kind?


Any feedback would be appreciated.

I love the Radiance SPF 15 Day Lotion from Burt's Bees and they're having a Black Friday sale for a bunch of their products for $25.

I need a thick moisturizer so I usually use a mixture of Aquaphor and the Day Lotion.

I use the Josie Maran Argan Daily Moisturizer. It has SPF 40 in it and the Argan oil makes skin really glow.

I also like most of Kate Sommerville's stuff, but it's crazy expensive.

Sephora carries both. They may have some coupons available Friday, so I'd check then.

I'm pretty sure there's some kits for the Josie stuff. Little ones that include the straight Argan oil (also awesome), the moisturizer, lip balms, etc.
