so, who does the lights outside? its just always so cold, we hate doing them. My mom goes all out though, reindeer in the yard, lighted tree and sleigh, lights on the roof, all of it! So how, far do you go on Christmas decor?

I use to in the past. When you get up on that ladder you take a big risk; not sure if I want to break a leg or something during the holidays. I'll let my neighbor do it for me!!!

No one in my family does them anymore My dad always used to do it, but it just became a battle with him as my brother and I got older. A couple years ago, I did it myself, but no one would help me, so...I just gave up. I miss it! I love Christmas lights. My tree's been up since Halloween.

We skipped on them last year, but my husband really wanted to decorate outside this year. We have net lights on the shrubs and a rope light wrapped around the porch post.

We normally do, but had to pass this year as I am still recovering from back surgury. And to honest, I don't miss doing it at all!

my mom has us put wreathes up on all the front windows, the front door, & over the garage door. she also puts up garland w/ lights around the railing on the front porch. then at night, we shine a big spotlight on the house.

I take care of the indoors decorating and Hubby does the outside but we don't go all out crazy outside because it's just for the kids. We live surrounded by trees so no one else can see them.
