It's Memorial Day. Do you put up an American Flag?

Obviously this poll is for those in the USA (I guess...do Americans elsewhere put up the flag on Memorial Day, other then on US bases or embassies)?

Anyway, driving down the street this morning, it is obvious more people put up more flags (some with rows of them on their lawns), then ANY other holiday.

Yes, we put a flags in our front yard. My parents keep an American flag on their porch all year round, it hangs next to their Canadian one. During holidays like Memorial day and the 4th of July they place the Canadian flag a tad lower than the American other wise to flags are placed equally. (My mother is Canadian if you are wondering lol)

I live in an apt. - the first time in my life ever. and we can't put anything on the outside of the building.

My husband is ex-military so we proudly hang A little flag in the front yard during Memorial Day and the 4th of July.

What about a little flag sticker on the inside of your window? Do you think the leasing orifice would allow that?

We usually have a the American flag flying daily. It goes out in the morning and comes in around sun down.

I did for that and the 4th of July. I also had little flags on either side of my gate, and a patterned wind spinner with stars and stripes.

My next thing, in support of the police officers that have been killed, is to get some blue ribbon for my gate and trees.

Thank you and your husband for your contributions to our country. Spouses that support their soldiers deserve respect as well!!! It's not easy being married to a soldier!!
