Me, my sister and my mum will all probably make a couple of pies (seriously, you can never have too many pies at Thanksgiving. Even if we run out of fridge space, we just use that as an excuse to eat the pie "before it goes bad." ) I'm trying to decide what to make, which is so hard! I love all kinds of pie.

PUMPKIN! Though I do love this Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge cream pie that we used to get at Perkins. Other than those two, I prefer cake!

Derby Pie - it's a specialty pie made mostly in Kentucky. It's a pecan pie with chocolate mixed in.

Exactly what happens to me on Thanksgiving! You have to eat early so you can have time after you finish to digest food and make room for pie!
