I love the smell of a real christmas tree, but I hate the clean up, watering, having to take it down and find someplace to put it at while we wait for it to be picked up part. I like the fake trees, because I don't have to worry about it getting to dry, or dying if it's up too long

I don't care either way but a fake tree is a lot less work/hassle than a real tree

It has to be real, that Christmas tree smell is what makes it Christmas.
My wife had never had a real Christmas tree until she was with me, now she refuses to go back.

i go fake now even though nothing takes the place of the smell of a real tree.i stopped buying real trees because im no longer taking part in cutting down a tree just to decorate it for a couple weeks then throw it out.

Fake. There are no live Christmas tree options around here, and I don't feel right just plucking one off someone's land haha

Plus, I like the convenience of using the same tree each year. Cuts down on expenses and makes for an easier clean up every year.

I have a fake tree. I wish I could have a real one but sadly am allergic to them.

Real is gorgeous, but Dad's allergic to them. And the fakes are so much more economical even with all the lead...
