I asked for no candy. My partner and I exchanged small gifts, that's about it. However, my partner made me lemon bars, not exactly candy but it was sweet.

Nope... Not even a damn card... A home made card would have even been awesome to receive but I didn't get one of those either...

No my guys collaborated and got me an amazing arrangement of flowers delivered just before I left for my therapy appointment. Such a nice positive way to enter the weekly counseling session.

Sigel also got the girls a smaller arrangement and pretty vase and Arch got Monkey some chocolate.

Umm, the Godiva was a present. I didn't see it coming. I normally would not go out and buy something that's priced mostly for the packaging. I like Godiva, but not love love it. I do like Godiva better than See's. I find See's to be too sugary. I spent a few years around Bay Area, so I know the brand well.

I don't really know what my favorite brand of chocolate is to be honest. I think it would have to be one of those small chocolate confectioneries I've visited over the years.

My manager at work made delicious delicious vegan cupcakes in chocolate and cookies and cream flavors. So much better than any store bought candy.

I told him I didn't want any chocolate. I did buy myself a big bag of dark chocolate hearts the day after Valentine's day.

My lovie got me some chocolate and took me out to eat and to this awesome, weird store that we have fallen in love with! It's like one of those stores that carry all kinds of unique things a tiny bit similar to Pier 1, but much better. Anyways, we went there and I found the most gorgeous hand blown glass perfume bottle and he bought it for me. I've got a tiny perfume bottle collection and it's so hard to find really pretty ones so this was just perfect! It looks beautiful on my vanity.

When we went out to eat this strange man (who we'd seen at the same restauraunt months before and he told my dad that it was nice to see a girl/me wearing a dress) who talked to use from the second we walked in until the place closed! He just came right over to our table and never shut up. It was rude as hell. I picked at my egg roll and the people who own the place were keeping a close eye on him. Apparently he's a creep who freaks out the customers regularly. Sadly, we didn't get to have a good time eating, but they let us pick out anything we wanted to take home for free so we could have a valentine's dinner at home
