My partner and I have started "birthday week." Why have a day when you have a week, right?

My birthday is 1 weeks after St. Patty's, so when I see all the green, the celebrations begin!

Punk show! It's kind of a tradition for me, my bf and I met on st. Patrick's day at this show that a local bar hosts every year.

Last year my town's "unofficial" St. Patty's celebration day fell on the night of my 21 run. That was fun, all of the bars were having parties.

This year, my partner's best friend is driving across the country to come see us and his first night in town in St. Patty's day so we're having a party and going out to celebrate. He and I are both of Irish descent

Ish? I'm traveling to DC. I don't know what day St. Patty's falls on, but I'm guessing the two will overlap. I probably won't be able to drink/party, though, as I'll be under a lot of supervision, but we'll see....

The last few years has been going to the local Irish pub's street party with various friends.

I used to take my younger cousins the the local parade to celebrate my Irish heritage (not fully, but about half Irish). I don't think I'll be doing that this year. As they have gotten older, they are less interested in the parade.

As of now, I have no plans!
