We only eat dark meat, so instead of cooking a whole turkey, I only roast turkey thighs for Thanksgiving.

Usually white meat (my preference for poultry in general) but once in a while I'll eat a bit of dark meat...especially if the meat is dry.

I like drumsticks, but other then that hubby and I are both white meat, breast folks. When we cook Turkey just for us, we often just buy a "boneless turkey breast".

Neither of us like it, because it is more greasy...but, despite that, recent multiple studies show the dark meat (contrary to any logic) may be more nutritious for you!!! No kidding.
