I was shocked to walk into a grocery store and see red and green decorations and Christmas candy the DAY AFTER HALLOWEEN. They were also playing Christmas music. Am I just in denial about how soon Christmas is coming up or does this seem excessive?

Actually, the stores around here were moving Halloween out and Christmas in about 2 or 3 days before Halloween...

I think it's a bit excessive, since there's at least Thanksgiving in between the two holidays.
