I hate all weddings. I had a small one and invited like 5 people (I didn't, actually, my husband did). I made fun of the entire thing and the judge nearly walked out.

i've only been to 2 weddings in my life. the 1st 1 i went to was when i was like 2 or 3. i was a flower girl. i only remember bits & pieces of it. the only other wedding i've been to was when i was in middle school, i think around 7th or 8th grade. my 4th grade teacher's oldest daughter was getting married (my mom worked at my elementary school right down the hall from my 4th grade class, so she was friends w/ a lot of the teachers). it was interesting b/c she was marrying a guy from Spain, & they did 1/2 the ceremony in English & Spanish. She wore this very pretty long sleeved, off the shoulder, satin dress w/ buttons running down the back. the reception was fun b/c there was a girl there my age that i knew from school & we hung out together most of the time. they put out disposable cameras on each of the tables at the reception & asked people to take pics. they developed them after the wedding & i guess put them in a scrapbook somewhere. they had a professional photographer, but i still liked this idea b/c then you get pics from guests that a photographer won't look for. the bride also did the flamenco w/ some of her friends that she met when she spent a semester in Spain where she met her husband. we left before they served the cake & tossed the bouquet.

I recently was at the worst wedding ever. It was in a park. There were no chairs, no food, no shelter, nothing. We were standing around for an hour an a half waiting on the bride in our 'the bride is coming positions' and were not allowed to move or else the coordinator got all pissy. The alter blew over. The bride and groom forgot their vows.To top if off a SEVER thunderstorm blew in and DOWN POURED on everyone and because there was no shelter we all got soaked. All kinds of fun let me tell ya!
