I like to make the classic gingerbread, a maple pecan cookie, pizelles, macaron sandwich cookies, and rum meltaways. I makes lots of others, but those typically make an appearance every year.

The plan this year is choco chip, peanutbutter choco chip, snickerdoodles, no bake cookies, sugar cookies (Half with white sugar on top, half with brown) and peppermint bark. I figure I'll make the batter for 2 - 3 kinds a week and freeze it, then bake them as they are needed so everyone gets the freshest cookies possible.
