Okay, I like turkey, and I like mashed potatoes and gravy with corn (HAVE to have them right next to each other so they get scooped up at the same time)...but my fave is the canned cranberry sauce. I just LOVE that stuff

Well our Thanksgiving was really...minimal this year, we switched out the regular turkey for deli meat turkey so that was way too salty for my liking, the biscuits were burned but edible, and the potatoes were good.

But the best part was the pumpkin pie.
Kind of makes me a bit sad really, my favorite part is usually the turkey or the veggies.

Suppose that's what we get for not preparing ahead though, and for letting my mom's bf do the biscuits.

But I got to spend time with my mother and reflect on the things I'm grateful for in my life so it was still a great day. ^_^

Actually, my favorite dish was the sandwich I made for lunch on Friday (leftover turkey and cranberry sauce on a whole wheat bun).

Actually I love ham on Thanksgiving. I ate so much ham! The cranberry sauce and the pies were delicious as well. My father-in-law made 5 pies.
