Ok, so I am going to be purchasing some items for myself to do some photos for a client that wants to purchase some BDSM photos. So, of course, beings I am new to this scene-I need to figure out what outfits would best be suited for this type of photo pack.

I personally like the two garter slips best, but I think that it depends on if you're shooting as the dom or the sub.

It depends on whether you are in the photo as dom or sub, too. Many people look for their dommes to show less skin (sort of the "professional but sexy" look), while subs are often very exposed.
