...what exactly -is- a Christmas cookie?
I don't do any holiday-specific baking. I just... bake all the time. I also try to keep stuff on hand to bake quite a few things. Right now, I have stuff for lemon bars (not traditional lemon bars; more like key lime pie bars, but with lemon instead), brownies, a small batch of chocolate chip cookies, chocolate chip muffins, almond poppy seed muffins, banana bread. I'm sure I could find the stuff for other things, but at the moment, I can't think of any more.

Yes! I'm having a girl's Christmas movie and wine night so I plan on baking eggnog cookies. Yummy!

I am the dessert person for our family get together so A LOT of people would be mad if I didn't. I do cookies, brownies, and chocolate (covered pretzels/fritos/chips, bark (with peanuts or rice krispies) and small molds).

I used to, but last year I made Needhams and everyone wants us to make those again, so that's what we'll be making.
