Ha! Just posted a link to my website post about Horny Goat Weed on another thread.

It DOES work - in the correct dose. It's down to a substance called icariin, which works in exactly the same way (but without many of the side effects.)

The downside is you need about ten times as much icariin to be as effective as viagra (viagra = 100mg versus icariin 1000mg) and most pills contain just 10% icariin... So to get the same effect you need to eat TEN 1000mg horny goat weed pills.

But it DOES have the same effect.
