I like both but if I had to pick I probably like Family Guy better. It seems to be what others watch so I end up watching it too. If I started watching American Dad more this could switch haha

American Dad! for sure. Family Guy just isn't funny to me anymore, but AD makes me laugh so hard I cry at least once an episode.
