I've tried to include them all... The actress listed is the one playing Alice in the production.
Best movie version of Alice in Wonderland?

The Kate Beckinsale was VERY well done.

I like both the 1951 and 2010 versions very much. I just watched the 2010 version again the other day. I think Depp nailed the role of Mad Hatter! (Even if he let a little Captain Jack Sparrow in there on occasion.)

This leads me to believe most people have not seen most of these versions, lol. I guess I am the nerd here. u_u

I've actually seen almost all of the versions listed, I just like the 1951 Disney the movie the best. However, I think it's unfair to compare traditional animation with live-action/CG so I also gave a vote to the "Johnny Depp" Alice .
Funny, when I was little I loved the Fiona Fullerton one, but as an adult I can't stand it.

the old disney one was the best, although i did like the new one (not as much). & i don't usually care for tim burton.

the old disney is my favorite and my personal idea of 'the original' since i grew up watching it, but the first one, that silent film that came out at the beginning of the film age was wonderful.
and you left out the Jan Svankmeyer stop motion one. that one is TRIPPY. you should check it out.
my screen name, btw is from the movie. i'm obsessed. my first tattoo is one of sir john tenniel's woodcut prints from lewis carrol's 'through the looking glass.'
long live alice!

Nuh uh - It's the 1988 version with Kristyna Kohoutova. The one I personally voted for. :3

I like the original Disney version best. The newest one just seemed to go so astray and I hardly followed it at all

Every time I see even mentions of the Tim Burton one I want to punch something really hard in the face. I don't know how he went so downhill he used to be a great original director. Now he ruins things from my childhood.

The 1951 version for sure!

I love the new version... I even have it on my phone, lol.

I've only ever seen the Disney film, the 1999 film, and Tim Burton's version... I haven't seen the 1999 version in so long, but I remember really enjoying it. Don't think I can cast a vote unless I watch it again, just to be sure.
Dangit, this makes me want to read the books again!

I liked the new Alice but it didn't capture me like the original cartoon did.

I knew it: there are a zajillion Alices. I've yet to find the one I saw as a kid.

There were this weird alternative one set in the modern day... but I haven't seen it. It looks good though. Malice in Wonderland. I think that was the title.
