Full House, man that show is SO cheesy watching it now that I'm older. I don't remember it but my mom told me I used to make her do my hair however the twin playing Michelle had hers in an episode. What a nerd!
I used to love All That, Kennon and Kel, Salute Your Shorts, Are You Afraid of the Dark?,The Secret World of Alex Mack, Wild N Crazy Kids, Legends of the Hidden Temple, What Would You Do?, The Rugrats, Rocko's Modern Life, The Jetsons, The Snorks, Rainbow Brite, Care Bears,the Alice in Wonderland show that was on Disney, Garfield, TGIF shows like The Fresh Prince or Dinosaurs.....can't think of the rest right now!
The 90s had the best kid shows though, atleast I think so.

Some of my favorite cartoons as a kid were Animaniacs, Freakazoid, Beast Wars, Batman Beyond, the first two seasons of Digimon, Dragon Ball Z, and Batman: the Animated Series (Mark Hamill as the Joker, need I say more?).
I'm a nerd for cartoons, and I actually think some being made today are genuinely good. You just have to look a little harder, is all.
